Applicable to bookings made with Hôtel Pavillon 92, an establishment operated by SCI SDMH PATRIMOINE.

1. Scope of Application

SCI SDMH PATRIMOINE, trading as Pavillon 92,

These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of booking rooms at Hôtel Pavillon 92, located at 61 boulevard de la République, 92250 La Garenne‑Colombes (France).

Any booking implies the client's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS, which prevail over any other document.

2. Legal Capacity

The client acknowledges having the legal capacity to contract (being of legal age and not under guardianship or curatorship).

In the event of a booking made on behalf of a third party, the user agrees to guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and to assume responsibility for the contract.

3. Booking

Bookings can be made:
     • by phone: +33 (0)6 29 62 69 74;
     • by email: contact@hotel-pavillon92.fr;
     • or via partner platforms mentioned on the official website.

The booking becomes final after written confirmation (email or letter) issued by the establishment.
A credit card number may be required to guarantee the booking.

4. RATES

The prices indicated are expressed in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
They include the Value Added Tax applicable on the date of the order.
Any change in the rate or introduction of new taxes imposed by the authorities will be passed on to the billed prices.

The municipal tourist tax, if applicable, remains due in addition.

5. Methods of Payment

Payments can be made by:

     • Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard);
     • Cash;
     • Bank transfer;
     • or any other means explicitly accepted by the management.

No transaction fees will be applied to the client.

6. Cancellation or Modification of Booking

Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent in writing (email or letter).

     6.1. General Cancellation Conditions
          • Free cancellation: for any cancellation made up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
          • Late cancellation or no-show: the establishment reserves the right to charge for the first night according to the current rate.

     6.2. Force Majeure
Neither party can be held responsible in the event of an unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event (strike, pandemic, natural disaster, administrative closure, etc.).

In this case, the client may obtain a credit note valid for 12 months.

7. Check-in and Check-out

     • Check-in: from 2:00 PM.

     • Check-out
: before 11:00 AM.
       Any overrun may result in billing for an additional night, unless previously agreed.

8. Liability

The client must respect the peacefulness of the premises and all safety and cleanliness rules.
Any damage caused voluntarily or by negligence in the rooms or common areas will result in billing for repairs.
The establishment declines all liability in the event of loss, theft, or damage to personal effects left in rooms or common areas, unless deposited in the reception safe.

9. Claims

Any claim regarding a stay must be sent in writing within 8 days after the client's departure to: contact@hotel-pavillon92.fr
An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within 7 days and a definitive response given within 30 days.

10. Personal Data Protection

Data collected during a booking is necessary for processing the request and managing the clientele.
It is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR) available at www.hotel-pavillon92.fr/rgpd.

The client has a right of access, rectification, and deletion: contact@hotel-pavillon92.fr 

11. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 8° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date.
However, the establishment applies a clear cancellation policy (see Article 6).

12. Disputes – Mediation

In the event of a dispute not resolved after a written claim, the client may refer the matter to the independent mediator:

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nanterre, unless otherwise provided by law.

14. Client Acceptance

The client acknowledges having read these GTCS before any booking.
Confirmation of the booking implies unreserved acceptance thereof.
